Every plan gives you the same output: up to 23 languages, 1 to 10 screenshots per set, all 5 sizes, a zip sorted by store, size and language, and your store listing in every language you pick. See what credits mean.

Pick the Launch Kit if you're launching one app. Pick Indie or Pro if you update several apps often. One Launch Kit covers one app: if you already paid for that app's listing or screenshots, new sets for it are included.

Pay for a set

  1. Choose a plan and tick the box. On your preview page, under Unlock all … languages, pick Launch Kit, Indie or Pro. Then tick the box: because we deliver straight away, you confirm that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the screenshots are delivered. Our refund promise still applies.

  2. Pay on Stripe. Pay $19 and unlock (or Subscribe … and unlock) opens Stripe's secure checkout. Enter your card there. HelloPack never sees your card number.

  3. Wait for the full set. Back on your set page, every language renders. We also email you a download link when the whole set is ready. (no screenshot: requires purchase)

Subscribe from your account

  1. Open your account. Choose Account at the top of any page. Under Choose how you pay you see all three options.

  2. Tick the box and choose Subscribe. The box confirms that delivery starts right away and that your plan renews every month until you cancel. Subscribe takes you to Stripe. From the pricing page you get the same step on its own page, with Continue to payment. Once you're subscribed, new sets for your apps unlock without another payment, as long as you have credits left and the app fits in your plan.

Manage your plan

  1. Choose Manage plan. Once you're subscribed, your account page shows Manage plan. It opens Stripe's billing page, where you can change plan, update your card, see invoices or cancel. (no screenshot: requires purchase)
  • Cancelling: your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for, then stops. Credits stay usable until then. We don't refund unused time.
  • If Manage plan doesn't open, email [email protected] and we'll change or cancel your plan the same day.

Download the zip

  1. Choose Download zip. It's on your set page, for the free preview and for the paid set. Paid sets also come with a download link by email.

  2. Find your files. The zip is named after your app and the date, for example HelloPack-BookWorm-2026-10-21.zip. (no screenshot: this happens on your computer; the folder layout from our BookWorm preview is below)

Files are numbered in your upload order. Paid sets and their download links are kept for 7 days, so save the zip somewhere safe.
