Get your first free preview

The free preview renders the first 2 languages you pick, in every store size you choose, at full quality. You can download it. In this guide we use BookWorm, a reading tracker, as the example.

1. Create your account. On gethellopack.com choose Get your free preview, type your email and choose Email me a sign-in link. There's no password.

   

2. Open the link in the email. The link works once and expires after 15 minutes. On the page it opens, choose Sign in to finish.

   

3. Open your Launch Kit. Your account page has an Open your Launch Kit button.

   

4. Start with Screenshots. The Launch Kit has three parts: Screenshots, Description and Keywords. Choose Screenshots, or just press Continue.

   

5. Upload your screenshots. Choose Upload screenshots or drop the files onto the box: 1 to 10 PNG, JPG or WebP files. See Pick the best screenshots and order for which ones to use.

   

6. Check your screenshots and add captions. Each screenshot gets a Caption switch. Turn it on to get a suggested caption you can edit, or leave it off for the device frame only. Then choose Continue. Guide 4 covers writing captions.

   

7. Pick your languages. The first 2 languages you tick are your free preview. You can tick more now; they're rendered after you pay. If you described your app, pick it under Which app is this for? and keep Match my design ticked.

   

8. Choose Get free preview. Your screenshots upload and the preview starts. It usually takes a few minutes. You can close the page and come back from My orders on your account.

   

9. Look at your preview. When it's ready you see the first screenshot in each preview language. Choose Download zip to get every size of both languages.
